I just wanted to leave these guys amazing review! I came in last week with my daughter she picked her glasses she felt so comfortable in the shop, everyone was so lovely to us! And a super help of the beautiful support pup that just wins points in my daughter’s eyes lol by Friday they were ready to pick up! Just amazing service, friendly, kind and just so helpful. My daughter does have autism so just being the only customer in the shop was just amazing as she didn’t feel rushed and felt heard.
Could not recommend these guys enough! Brilliant service from start to finish, Claire was so helpful and knowledgeable! They have such a wide range of glasses, lenses and styles I haven’t seen before, so it was great to find something different. I also got contact lenses and Richard was brilliant at helping me choose the best option for me. I’ll definitely be back for another pair soon!

This really is a gem to the local neighbourhood. They show that customer care and service still exists. They couldn’t have been anymore helpful and accommodating to me. I really appreciate how they looked after me and I can’t recommend them enough. If I could give 6 stars I would have.
